How the 5 am club works
Every morning at 5 AM members join a Zoom video call and do group pranayam: Kapaalbhaati, Anulom vilom, and Brahmree for 15 minutes. We do this daily for 66 days and it becomes a permanent, lifelong habit. Waking up early with Pranayam is the perfect way to be on the road to health and success. Group dynamics encourages you to be disciplined. Optional extra: After Pranayam we do an additional 15 minutes of Suryanamaskar for those who are interested. This is optional and there is no extra fee.
